Microsoft campaign to delivery, with source_supplier captured and validated end to end

Microsoft submits a campaign to Partner 01. Partner 01 generates the lead through a Microsoft-approved supplier. Convertr One ingests the lead, validates that both the partner and the source_supplier are populated and that the supplier is on Microsoft's approved list for this partner, then delivers the record to Microsoft.

source_supplier is preloaded from Microsoft's approved list per partner. No free text, no unknown suppliers, no unaudited record ever reaches Microsoft.

1. Microsoft submits a campaign to their partner

Microsoft issues a campaign brief to Partner 01, including the volume target, the audience and the approved supplier list Partner 01 is allowed to generate against.

Why it matters
  • Campaign origin. Every lead is tied back to a Microsoft-issued campaign brief, so partner activity is scoped and measurable.
  • Approved-supplier only. Partner 01 can only generate against suppliers Microsoft has preloaded and approved. Free text is blocked.
  • source_supplier on the template. Convertr One carries source_supplier as a first-class field on Microsoft's master template through ingest, validation and delivery.
  • Validated before delivery. Partner present, source_supplier present, and supplier on the approved list for that partner. Only clean records reach Microsoft.
Talking points
  • • Microsoft issues the campaign; Partner 01 executes against it.
  • • Partner 01 generates via a preloaded, Microsoft-approved supplier list.
  • • source_supplier is a first-class column on the master template, not a note field.
  • • Validation confirms partner + source_supplier are present and that the supplier is approved for that partner.
  • • Approved supplier lists are maintained by Microsoft, or by Convertr on Microsoft's behalf.
